Floats, made of nothing more than sugar and bubbles and cream, embody frivolity. Excess. Indulgence. Playfulness. Or so I told Sarah when she asked me to describe what I thought about floats, not as someone who makes desserts, but as someone who eats them.
I didn’t have any expectations for how she’d capture those concepts, but I didn’t expect that, in the end of it, I’d be wiping off psychotically red lipstick and mopping up a few liters of cream soda. BraveTart indeed.
I’ve never participated in a “Wordless Wednesday” before, but when Sarah finally sent me her photos, I felt like anything I could possibly say would just be redundant.

I’m with Nelly. The whole set of photos are so sexy, so subtly inappropriate. All that creamy foam and red lips. Yum.

I normally stay clear of making any comments on Brave Tart. Stella is a genius when it comes to writing, and well, I’ll just sit back and take some photos instead. However, when I read what Nelly and Emily had written, I knew I had to say something! Stella and I had a BLAST indulging in these floats!! Red lipstick, intoxicating blue eyes, and a float that had curves like a Greek sculpture! When I took these photographs, I couldn’t help but feel kind of “dirty!” I love that you ladies feel the same!! Happy Baking!!

I always thought food can be better than sex..and much less bother hahaha – besides, who has had their heart broken by a nice hazelnut meringue EVER ? So I am going for the full YES for this post. More, more, more !

Oh my. I have be SO obsessed with floats this summer, you have no idea! The cravings hit a few times a week, and I just can’t help myself. These photos are FANTASTIC. They definitely capture magic of the ice cream float in all its glory
